Emily Holthaus is the Founder and Principal Consultant for Inclusivity, a firm that collaborates with organizations to design organizational strategy and implement leadership development solutions toward the outcomes of greater equity, inclusion and human capital engagement in both physical and virtual environments.

She has over 20 years of experience working for social change in the nonprofit and education sectors including working for the national office of the YMCA, serving as Vice President for the YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, providing leadership to several branches of the Boys & Girls Club and teaching Head Start and elementary school. She holds a (BA) from Iowa State University and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management from Concordia.
